Private or One-to-One Yoga Sessions with Paddy

Private Yoga With Paddy

I offer personalised one-to-one yoga sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re new to yoga, have specific health concerns, or want to deepen your practice, private sessions can provide the attention and guidance you need.

Who Can Benefit from Private Yoga?

I work with a wide range of clients, including those who may face mobility challenges, such as individuals who have experienced a stroke or are living with conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS). My aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore yoga at your own pace.

For those looking to advance their practice, I also specialize in teaching Ashtanga yoga, offering you the chance to work on more complex poses and sequences with individualised feedback.

Sometimes people don’t feel comfortable attending a group class straight away and I can provide a similar experience so you can know what to expect from a normal yoga class.

What to Expect

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes and is designed to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re focusing on flexibility, strength, relaxation, or rehabilitation, I’ll create a custom plan to help you progress toward your goals.

Flexible Locations

I’m available to travel to your home if you’re located in the Newry, Armagh, or Dungannon areas, making it easy and convenient for you to fit yoga into your schedule. If you prefer, I can also arrange a suitable space for us to practice.

Why Choose Private Yoga?

  • Personalized Attention: With one-on-one guidance, I can adjust the practice to suit your abilities and goals.
  • Comfort: Practice yoga in the comfort of your own home or a location you prefer.
  • Support for Special Needs: I specialise in helping people with mobility challenges or chronic conditions, ensuring a safe and accessible practice.
  • Deepen Your Practice: If you’re an experienced yogi, we can work on more advanced techniques and poses to take your practice further.
  • Learn Ashtanga: Progress a lot faster than you would in a group class as I would teach the sequence as you learn each posture at your pace.
  • Complete Beginners: Gain some yoga experience before you attend a group class so you know what to expect.

How to Book

If you’re interested in a private yoga session, feel free to get in touch via WhatsApp 078 7374 7392 or just give the number a call. I’d be happy to discuss how I can help you on your yoga journey, whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your practice.

Namaste,
Paddy
